No, we take care of everything. Our team will arrive with all necessary equipment and supplies for the job, including pressure washers, fuel, ladders, tools, and cleaning solutions. You don't need to provide anything. If water or power access is required, we'll discuss that beforehand (we typically use an outdoor tap for pressure washing).

In general, most outdoor surfaces benefit from a cleaning about once a year. Driveways and patios often accumulate moss and dirt over 12 months, so an annual pressure wash keeps them in top condition. However, high-traffic areas or shaded spots prone to moss might benefit from more frequent cleaning. We can advise based on your property's specific conditions.

Gutters are usually best cleared yearly, ideally in autumn after leaves fall, to prevent blockages. If you have overhanging trees, you may need cleaning twice a year. Regular gutter maintenance prevents water damage and keeps your home protected from leaks.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime from hard surfaces like driveways and patios. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with eco-friendly cleaning solutions – ideal for delicate surfaces like render, roofs, and siding that could be damaged by high pressure. We assess each job and use the appropriate technique.
